From the beginning, you were an absolute joy to work with. We likely made your job as difficult as it could have been, as no doubt, an indecisive couple is probably one of the most formidable barriers a wedding planner can overcome. Nevertheless, you helped us through everything with endless grace and an indelible smile that seemed to always make us feel at ease. You single handedly put together a wedding that was both authentic and organic to our personalities, and we couldn't have imagined anything more perfect. My personal gratefulness for all of your hard work cannot be overstated. There is not enough I can say about how wonderful Vicki was as our wedding coordinator. From the very beginning Vicki was very organized and helped ensure that we were addressing everything my husband and I needed to consider in making our wedding arrangements. Vicki was always available to answer questions I had about etiquette or how things typically worked. She made numerous visits with us to the venue, worked on our floor plan with us, and even visited potential vendors with me. I received numerous compliments from the other vendors I worked with about how they enjoyed working with Vicki as well as compliments from our wedding party about what an asset Vicki was to our wedding. Vicki confirmed all the vendor time frames for the wedding, and helped us create a realistic timeline for the day of the wedding. She was available the entire day of our wedding to help with vendors all the way through until the end of the wedding and cleaning up. Vicki made sure things flowed smoothly and as we wanted them to. Vicki brings with her professionalism, wedding knowledge, warmth, and an enjoyment of what she does. She truly is there to ensure the bride and groom have a fabulous wedding.

I could not say enough great things about Victoria and how helpful she was with our wedding planning. She was extremely receptive to my vision, but also knew when and how to point out ways to improve upon it to ensure everything turned out exactly how I wanted. Victoria managed all of the vendors I had, which was a lot since my venue did not have any items included in the package except for the bar. There were so many little items I did not think of until the end that Victoria managed flawlessly and quickly. Everyone showed up on time and did excellent work and the day went off without a hitch and I have Victoria to thank for that! She made sure my vendors worked together seamlessly day of while I could relax and enjoy my special day. Throughout the entire process she was so kind and easy to work with and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to ease their mind leading up to their big day!
